Mike & Vaishali Presenting at SUGCON Europe 2023

SUGCON Europe, also known as the Sitecore User Group Conference Europe, is taking place in Malaga Spain. This is an annual conference for Sitecore developers, partners, and customers. The conference is an opportunity for the Sitecore community to share knowledge, learn about new features and capabilities, and network with like-minded individuals. Several Konabos team members will be in attendance including our Director of Technology, Mike Edwards, and Customer Experience Analyst, Vaishali Dialani, who will be presenting. 

Mike Edwards session is called "Rendering your data in headless - 101 different ways". With the industry moving towards headless, this means that the old days of MVC and CSHTML are gone. Now there are a wide range of different techniques and tools. In this talk, Mike will examine different rendering patterns, from Single Page Applications, Static Site Generation to Island Architecture and Progressive Hydration. The address will deal with the why, how, challenges and solutions and frameworks that each brings and help developers decided which route to go. Edwards, had this to say when asked about what he wants people to take away from this session "The headless universe allows us to take more control over how we build our sites. It can be daunting entering this world with so many new terms and options. In this presentation, I will cover these new terms and ideas and help you make the right choice when building your Sitecore CDXP". 

This will be Vaishali's first SUGCON! She has taken the Digital Experience space by storm with her passion for customer experience. Her passion has not gone unnoticed as she has been recently named an Emerging CX Leader in the Middle East. When asked about what attending her first SUGCON means to her she said "My first SUGCON means immersing myself with fellow Sitecore enthusiasts, exchanging ideas, and discovering new ways to elevate my end-to-end customer experiences." Her session is called "Importance of user research in the Composable DXP world". User research is an integral part of designing the right experience strategy. Learning about your customers through qualitative and quantitative research allows you to build a clear understanding of who they are, what they want and how can they achieve their goals. The topic will cover the types of user research, how to identify what works for you and which tools you should implement and tips on synthesizing information to gather impactful insights and enhance customer experiences.

SUGCON Europe is also a great opportunity for attendees to network with their peers and connect with Sitecore experts from around the world.
