Hi everyone. My name is Vaishali Dialani, and I work as a Senior customer experience strategist with Coronavirus. I focus on integrating emotions in the world of technology. And very, very excited to have Akshay with us today as well on DCX.

Hey guys. My name is Akshay. I'm a compostable architect. Today we're going to be talking about Sitecore XP. And before we get into Sitecore XP, we need to talk about dxp. So digital experience management is a tool which kind of combines content management, personalization, analytics, data insights. So basically an all in one kind of solution which lets you know how your content is doing, personalizing it for different personas. So Sitecore XP comes up a lot when you're talking about dxps, because they have always been at the top for the past decade or so, and then using a dxp basically something like Sitecore helps you create customized experiences for your customers depending on which business you're in, and then helps you make data driven decisions so you can show the right components, have the right action items at the end of the day, get more customer engagement right. So thinking about it from a marketer's perspective. Vaishali, how does a dxp like this help marketers? I think the introduction was great. You kind of really touched upon a few elements that we really care as marketers. But one thing that I would love to dive a bit deeper into is the data driven decisions in the world of data that we all live in. I think this is so crucial to be able to understand the next steps of what the user wants to just kind of know that. I know that Akshay and a persona like him is going to take this next step, and I will already be a step ahead of you. So using Sitecore XV, you can actually ace the game of customer journeys. But also not just that, even in the in the world of omnichannel, you can understand what kind of components work well on mobile, desktop, tablet, what kind of engagement is there further and lastly, the 360 view of the customer through profile tagging, through taxonomy, you can understand that that plays a huge role in understanding the path analysis that They're taking forward and analyzing all that aspects of things. Lastly, I think as market is super important for me to have a platform that is easy to use, and that's what it does. The user interface is super easy to use. And lastly, the flexible architecture that is built on allows me to do a lot more things. What about you from a technical aspect. How do you think that works?

Yeah. I mean, like I've said, I think earlier this year too, is one of the best all in one dx piece I've ever used just because of how customizable it is. Love the experience editor. I haven't really seen a UI editor like that in my life for the past decade or so. Personalization is great. Marketing automation is great if you can handle the infrastructure setting up the basics of how your solution is actually running. The rest, I think it's the best bang for the buck, to be quite honest.

Do you have any key takeaways? Vishali, I think the biggest key takeaway is make an effort to actually personalize journeys. You know, today, the personalized has become such a fluffy world everywhere you see any content, kind of just posting about it. So I think when you know, when you want to say about personalized, think, what are you trying to personalize? Are you trying to personalize based on their demographic, based on their segments, based on their journeys, based on their campaigns, based on, you know, their geographical location, the seasonal trends actually create key use cases and create the right journey and digital strategy when you're personalizing using Sitecore.
