Konabos conducted an extensive analysis of Toastmasters’ operations through research and audits. We created a Current State Analysis document detailing existing personnel, processes, and technology. Our team developed a two- and five-year Future State Roadmap and Gantt chart to clarify the necessary improvement steps. By prioritizing strategy and process changes before technology adoption, we ensured future investments aligned with Toastmasters’ goals, allowing them to identify potential challenges and streamline operations.
