We standardized product attributes across brands, making data reuse more efficient and reducing operational costs. We also prioritized creating a native kiosk interface to ensure smooth navigation and engagement. Through collaborative communication and iterative design, we ensured that the user journey catered to both customers and store managers. Challenges
