[Music] foreign how do you handle situations where you're completely out of the element and you're trying to help a customer out but they're in in an industry you haven't tackled before how do you approach that so what I realized when I started doing this ad everyone might have a different way of being able to do this but for me what works and what I'll share is I spend a lot of time researching understanding what that domain is what kind of problems in general do people do customers have in that particular domain I am a customer too for any manufacturing industry that could be possible or any financial industry because I also have our normal human being why I do those things what someone else is also doing I might have not had that eye to be able to look at it from a CX lens which I'm doing as a job right now so that's how I kind of differentiate it and be more observant in my day-to-day life and experiences kind of build up from there [Music]
