Project Brief

ABG needed a consistent and scalable way to improve the post purchase experience across multiple brands and product lines. Customers installing bathtubs and other products required immediate access to accurate specifications, installation instructions, videos, warranty information, and support resources.

Konabos was engaged to design a centralized, brand aware QR code driven experience that could be deployed at scale across manufacturing, integrate with existing and future data sources, and remain flexible for evolving business needs.

Konabos designed and implemented a QR Code Medallion system that uniquely ties each physical product to a digital landing experience.

Each medallion is printed during manufacturing and links to a minimal, brand specific product detail page optimized for mobile scanning.
