DXP/CMS March Madness is a community-powered, LinkedIn-fueled competition now in its 4th year. From mid-January through April, companies in the digital experience and martech space go head-to-head in a bracket-style tournament powered by LinkedIn reactions.
It's not about technical superiority—it’s about community, creativity, storytelling, and connection.

Seeding Phase: Mid-February. All nominees go up for LinkedIn voting. Reactions = votes. Top 16 move on.
Sweet 16 Bracket Begins: Mid-March. Weekly head-to-head matchups. Votes counted by specific reactions (claps vs lightbulbs, etc).
Final Four & Championship: April. The bracket concludes, and one company earns the trophy!
Winner Celebration: Post-AprilTrophy awarded in person. Plus, a full feature story on their "March" through the madness.
