GasHub needed to upgrade its legacy Sitecore environment while minimizing disruption, technical risk, and long term maintenance complexity. At the same time, the organization wanted to reassess its digital marketing and personalization strategy to better support upcoming campaigns and business goals.
Konabos worked closely with GasHub’s internal team and CXM NZ Limited to deliver a clean Sitecore upgrade and facilitate a multi day CX workshop focused on aligning user journeys, content strategy, goals, and marketing automation.
Konabos deployed a fresh Sitecore instance and connected it to GasHub’s existing databases. This approach preserved critical data while eliminating outdated code and unnecessary configuration artifacts, resulting in a cleaner, more maintainable platform.
In parallel, Konabos led a two day CX workshop focused on aligning digital strategy with business objectives. Working collaboratively with marketing and technical stakeholders, we reviewed analytics, evaluated form performance, defined user segments and goals, and identified opportunities for personalization and automation.
